Job Description:
We are currently seeking a friendly, attentive, and service-oriented Waitress to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis. As a Waitress at O'Briens Classic Grill, you will be the face of our restaurant, ensuring that each guest enjoys a memorable dining experience through excellent service and a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests in a timely and courteous manner

• Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations based on customer preferences

• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff

• Serve meals and drinks promptly, ensuring presentation meets restaurant standards

• Check in with guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns

• Process payments, handle cash and card transactions accurately

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including resetting tables quickly for the next guests

• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations

• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety guidelines

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a waitress/server in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment

• Strong attention to detail and a focus on delivering outstanding customer service

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

• Smart Serve Certification (or willingness to obtain)
