We’re looking for a friendly, dependable, and professional Shuttle Driver to become an important part of our customer experience team. If you enjoy meeting people, driving, and representing a trusted local brand with pride, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do

As our Shuttle Driver, you’ll help ensure our customers stay moving while their vehicle is being serviced.

Responsibilities include:

• Safely transporting customers to and from their home, workplace, or local destinations
• Greeting customers warmly and providing an exceptional experience during every interaction
• Assisting Service Advisors with customer flow and transportation coordination
• Keeping the shuttle vehicle clean, fueled, and presentable at all times
• Performing basic vehicle checks and reporting maintenance concerns
• Supporting dealership operations with vehicle pick-ups, drop-offs, and occasional errands as needed
• Assisting with light dealership support tasks when shuttle demand is low
• Following all traffic laws and maintaining safe driving practices
• Representing James Toyota professionally both on and off dealership property

• Highly dependable and punctual
• Comfortable interacting with a wide variety of customers
• Professional in appearance and communication
• Organized and able to manage time effectively
• Calm, patient, and safety-minded behind the wheel
• Able to assist customers entering/exiting the vehicle if needed
• Familiar with Timmins and surrounding areas
• Holds a valid Ontario Class G driver’s licence with a clean driving record

Bonus If You Have

• Previous experience in customer service, transportation, hospitality, or dealership operations
• Experience driving larger passenger vehicles or commercial vans

The schedule for this position is Monday to Friday on rotating weeks.(ie work one week and off the next)
