Role Summary

Charles Lavergne Financial Solutions team is growing and looking for self-motivated individuals with strong customer service skills to take on the Service Associate (SA) role. SAs build trust and inspire confidence through exceptional service, one interaction at a time. As a SA you will provide service and administrative support to the Advisor. Candidates hired into this role by an Advisor will not have an employment or contractor relationship with Sun Life. Their services will be engaged exclusively by the Advisor.

Responsibilities

• In partnership with the Advisor, develop and execute on plan to meet client service and operational goals

• Provide superior Client service in person, on the phone and by email

• Participate in activities to support the advisor and their business development by creating prospecting lists

and outbound calls as required

• Book and support meetings with Clients and prospective Clients

• Gather client information before a sale and provide administrative assistance after a sale (e.g. form

submission, etc.)

• Gather and compile production statistics/reports for advisor

• Implement efficient procedures for the administration of Client files

• Support the advisor in monitoring and responding to Head Office inquiries

• Daily management of advisor social media tools

• Support Client service commitment

Qualifications

• Completion of Life License Qualification Program (LLQP) and/or Investment Funds in Canada course and

licensing/registration in place

• Must be in good standing with applicable regulators

• Previous experience in customer service, or other related fields

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications or Marketing

• Proven ability to work independently and competently handle multiple responsibilities, with a high degree

of accuracy, in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Positive and professional demeanor

• Strong relationship building and business development skills

• Highly proficient use of Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Salesforce

• Bilingual as required

Compensation

Compensation will vary based on factors such as level of experience and industry network.
