What are we looking for?
TIME Limited is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Purchaser with strong computer skills and a commitment to providing exceptional support in a fast-paced environment.
Duties and Responsibilities
Obtain competitive pricing by requesting and reviewing quotes from approved suppliers
Issue purchase orders to approved suppliers
Maintain accurate costs, selling prices, and delivery dates within the ERP system
Assist with the part numbers set-up process
Develop and maintain clear legends and user-friendly guides for part number sequencing to ensure accuracy and consistency across operations
Expedite purchase orders and follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery
Job Requirements
- Strong computer skills, specifically an ERP System, Microsoft Excel, Outlook & Databases.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and to meet deadlines
- Ability to coordinate a multitude of tasks
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to work safely and in compliance with the company policies and the Occupational Health and Safety Act

Pay: $41,600.00-$72,800.00 per year
