Fortier Automotive is looking for an Office Assistant!

The Office Assistant will be responsible for answering phones, making appointments, greeting customers, accepting payments, creating invoices, shipping/receiving, and other tasks as needed. We need someone with excellent customer service, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

***This is not your typical clerical role! There will be some heavy lifting and you will get your hands dirty,***

This is a full-time position starting December 16, 2026. The hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday with a 1-hour lunch. Extended health and dental benefits are provided after a 90-day probationary period.

French-speaking is an asset but not required. You must have a full G driver's license and a clean driving record as you will need to move vehicles.

Starting pay for the Office Assistant is $20/hour with opportunities for bonuses and raises based on performance. There will also be opportunities to take on management-related tasks as you gain experience and prove your ability to handle the tasks assigned.
