VJ Trailers are looking for an Office Administrator to cover a Maternity Leave 18 months. Hours are 9-3.
Temporary: 18 Months
Key Responsibilities:
Office Administration:
- Reception, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivables; Customer Service.
- Manage daily office operations, including answering phones and responding to emails.
- Process sales transactions and maintain accurate records.
- Handle inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.
- Support with marketing efforts and social media updates.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales and/or office administration preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bilingual (French and English)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with office software.
- Organized, reliable, and detail oriented.
