Duties and Responsibilities

o   Sweep, mop, wash, wax and polish floors

o   Dust furniture and vacuum carpeting and area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture

o   Make beds, change sheets and distribute clean towels and toiletries

o   Distribute clean towels and toiletries

o   Stock linen closet and supplies area

o   Handle and report lost and found items

o   Provide basic information on facilities

o   Pick up debris and empty trash containers

o   Launder clothing and household linens

o   Mend clothing and linens

o   Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties

o   Shop for food and household supplies

o   Wash windows, walls and ceilings

o   Address customers' complaints or concerns
