Leuschen Transportation – School Bus Operator
Location: 42 McChesney Rd. Timmins, ON

Leuschen Transportation is seeking skilled and dedicated Licensed 310T and 310S Mechanics to join our team! As a trusted school bus operator, we pride ourselves on safety, reliability, and providing a smooth transportation experience for students. If you have experience with heavy-duty vehicles (310T) and automotive maintenance (310S), and you’re ready to play a key role in keeping our fleet running efficiently, we want to hear from you!

Position:

Licensed 310T Mechanic – Heavy-Duty Truck Technician
Licensed 310S Mechanic – Automotive Mechanic

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform regular preventative maintenance and repairs on school buses and heavy-duty trucks to ensure vehicles are in top operating condition.
• Diagnose mechanical issues and conduct repairs in a timely and efficient manner.
• Ensure compliance with all safety standards and transportation regulations.
• Perform engine diagnostics, brake system repairs, electrical system maintenance, and other key mechanical repairs.
• Maintain accurate repair records and document parts and labor.
• Work collaboratively with our team of drivers and other mechanics to minimize downtime and optimize vehicle performance.

Qualifications:

• 310T License (Heavy-Duty Truck Mechanic) or 310S License (Automotive Mechanic) required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, working on heavy-duty trucks or school buses.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to safety and quality.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Experience with the latest diagnostic tools and equipment is an asset.
