What You’ll Do

• Be the first point of contact for client support
• Troubleshoot issues via phone, in person, and remote tools
• Deploy desktops/laptops and assist with workstation transitions
• Monitor and respond to RMM alerts
• Support servers, networks, backups, and disaster recovery
• Work with third‑party vendors when needed
• Keep documentation and time entries accurate and up to date

What You Bring

• Experience supporting end‑users and resolving technical issues
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, cloud services, networking, VoIP, backups, and security tools
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• A client‑first mindset and a passion for learning
• Attention to detail and the confidence to ask for help when needed
