INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SUPERVISOR
Full-time Position in any NEOFACS Location
As a member of the Management Team, the Information Technology Supervisor provides all aspects of information systems, technology, system security and database integrity for a full-service, integrated information services function. This position leads the implementation, and management of all IT infrastructure, systems, and services within the Agency and ensures the Agency’s technology solutions effectively support the delivery of services while aligning with industry standards, privacy regulations, and operational efficiency.
JOB REQUIREMENTS (QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS):
• A university degree in computer science as well as considerable experience delivering information technology/hardware/software/infrastructure/networking and design in a structured environment.
• Minimum of two years of IT leadership experience is preferred, preferably within Public Sector, with a proven track record in managing complex IT Infrastructure, services, and teams.
• Excellent interpersonal skills - assist staff, as appropriate, in the procedural understanding and applications of technologies as applicable to the individual’s employment needs.
• Certifications: Relevant IT certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP, CISSP) are an asset.
• Familiarity with Document Management Software.
• Familiarity with Microsoft M365 suite of services.
• Expertise in computer networks, hardware, software, cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, and technology platforms.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and change management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to address technical issues.
• Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and use of own vehicle is required.
