WE’RE HIRING: Health & Safety Coordinator

AGI is growing, and we’re excited to announce a new opportunity to join our team as a Health & Safety Coordinator.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support workplace health and safety programs and inspections
• Assist with incident reporting and prevention
• Help deliver safety training and orientations
• Maintain safety and HR records
• Support recruitment and onboarding
• Assist with employee training and development
• Help ensure regulatory compliance
• Support communication between staff and management
• Assist with policy and procedure updates
• Support workplace wellness and safety initiatives
• Marketing tasks such as job postings, social media awareness & internal posters

Requirements: 

• Strong interest in workplace health, safety, and people management
• Basic knowledge of workplace safety and employment standards
• Education in Occupational Health & Safety, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is an asset
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable using computers and basic office software
• Willingness to learn, take initiative, and accept feedback
