Joelle's Technical Resources  & Custom Works Inc is Hiring – EXPERIENCED WELDERS 

JTR & Custom Works is currently looking for experienced, skilled, and dependable Welders to join our team in Timmins, Ontario.

We are looking for individuals who have solid hands-on welding and fabrication experience and are comfortable working in both shop and industrial field environments.

🔧 WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Successful candidates should have:

• Previous professional welding and fabrication experience
• Strong fitting and fabrication skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, fabrication drawings and weld symbols
• Experience with structural and/or industrial welding
• Ability to perform accurate fit-up, cutting, grinding and preparation of materials
• Experience using common welding and fabrication equipment
• CWB welding certification is strongly preferred
• Mining and industrial site experience is considered a strong asset
• Valid G driver’s licence is an asset
• Current safety training/tickets are an asset
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision when required
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
• Excellent attendance, reliability and professionalism
• Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
