Join our team and be part of a fast-paced kitchen environment! We are looking for a motivated and reliable individual with strong teamwork and time management skills. Training is available for the right candidate.

Qualifications:
• Food Handler Certificate
• Previous cooking or kitchen experience is an asset (training provided)
• Strong multitasking and time management skills in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
• Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
• Must have reliable transportation (late hour closing)

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare, cook, and plate menu items according to Harvey’s/Swiss Chalet standards
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen at all times
• Follow proper food handling and storage procedures in compliance with health and safety regulations
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet service goals during peak hours
• Maintain equipment and report any maintenance needs
• Uphold brand standards for speed of service, accuracy, and guest satisfaction
