Duties include:

• Maximum of 5 months to obtain the OTL License - including the course
• Assisting clients with home and auto insurance needs
• Processing renewals, endorsements, and new business
• Providing quotes and reviews
• Managing client files and documentation
• Supporting team members with overflow tasks
• Answering phone and directing calls
• Greeting clients and managing walk-ins
• Handling payments and issuing receipts

Monday to Friday 8:30-5pm – Benefits

Bilingual would be awesome but not mandatory.
