Qualifications:

• Registered nurse current with the Ontario college of nurses BscN considered and asset with demonstrated competence in long term care
• Must have a minimum of 2 years LTC experience, commitment to mandatory education sessions
• Must hold and maintain current certification in BLS Heart and stroke, WHMIS GPA and or PIECES, NVCI
• Must be physically able to carry out the duties of the positions, walk and stand for long periods of time, lift, push and or pull
• Able to work under pressure and adapt to changing workloads/conditions
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to speak French considered an asset
