Desired profile - skills and abilities:

• Diploma in Radio hosting;
• Excellent diction and command of French (spoken and written);
• Fluency in English (asset);
• Good knowledge of the environment and current events;
• Team spirit and autonom;
• Knowledge and respect of producer's code of ethics
• Experience with Adobe Audition and Winmedia.

Main responsibilities:

• Host a show according to the schedule;
• Conduct research and documentation to enrich the on-air content;
• Write and produce advertising messages (under client approval);
• Manage the technical aspects of the studio;
• Organize and prepare interviews (including editing for broadcast);
• Participate in live coverage of our local AAA hockey team (optional, for sports enthusiasts!);
• Respect management directives and work schedules.
